Been with Shaw for over 5 years, since the merger, Rogers doesn't understand that people like myself are on long term disability and we get paid once a month and always carry an overdue balance and now I get threatened with disconnect and no one is helping or understanding this merger has been the worse and now I have to pay or look for a new TV provider
