Woke up to all my Cisco boxes showing -01- on the display this morning. Funny enough, my two old SA boxes were working until I unplugged them - now they are dead also. Chatted with Rogers support agent, did the usual unplugging etc. She sent zaps to the boxes twice, no change. Eventually, she decided to check the whole area and was not getting any communication response from anything in our area. Problem on Rogers' end. Will post when/if this gets resolved.
