Cannot watch any cable without constant shutdown. Been like this for over a week. Is this the new service plan?

We do apologize to hear that you have been dealing with this for quite some time now. Just to be able to look into this issue further, are you able to provide us with some more details of what you are experiencing?
Also, if you can let us know which cable TV service you are using, Digital TV or Ignite TV?
