MLB Network has sound, but NO picture with Digital Legacy

Tech support is too busy to answer my calls, so I'm not surprised that the Black screen with only correct sound, has been like this since yesterday.

It was briefly fixed yesterday, but the Rogers system probably switched to the secondary feed and never recovered. This is a common flaw with automatic switches, that are not monitored by Rogers.

MLB NETWORK is on digital channels 415 and 508.

Hopefully, this will be fixed today.

Rogers just fixed the problem at about 9:10 pm.
The bad news is that the Rogers tech support phone response time is now quite awful. The jazz music played while on hold is more annoying than soothing, so I'm glad that I can post problems here.
