Am I able to access Rogers Disney Plus while in the US?

You will be able to access Disney Plus, however you will only be able to access the shows/movies which are available on the service within the U.S. which does not include any of the shows under 'Star', most of which are streamed by Hulu inside the U.S.

@james039 : is that also true if you have Disney+ "through" Rogers, not on its own?  For example, I know that I cannot stream anything using the IgniteTV app outside of Canada.  I'm not sure if an appropriate VPN would circumvent that limitation.  

Next time I'm out of the country, I'll have to give Disney+ a try...
