My audio and visual are not in sync...cant figure out how to fix..any suggestions. Thanks

@Louanne Are you an Ignite TV customer or a Digital TV customer? Are you getting sound from your TV's speakers or are you using an external receiver? Also, are you experiencing these audio issues on all channels or just some channels?
If you are an Ignite TV customer, and are listening through a Bluetooth receiver, there may not be much that you can do; it all depends on your Bluetooth receiver and the version of Bluetooth that it supports. If your set-top box is sending sound and video over HDMI, have you tried setting your "HDMI Audio Output" to "Stereo" in Settings / Device Settings / Audio?
