I recently added an SD Card Class 10 64GB per the requirement to the Home Monitoring tablet. I keep getting the notification that the card is corrupted. I have formatted the card multiple times, I have also used other class 10 SD cards and they all come back with the same error. I can use these cards on other devices and they work perfectly fine. Can you please assist me with this issue.

Thank you for joining us here on the Rogers Community forums and thank you for your post. We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have completed so far.
Can you try keeping the SD card inserted in the Touchpad and then do a reboot of the Touchpad.
1. Press Settings.
2. Enter Master Code.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
4. Choose Reboot Touchpad.
5. Choose Reboot Touchpad again.
6. Enter Master Code.
7. The touchpad will shut down and restart.
Please also do not remove the SD card from the Touchpad if video is still being recorded. This can cause the recordings already on the card to become corrupt
