Can anyone provide a valid number to order a replacement door/window sensor? Unable to order online or in-store and the contact number on the Home Monitoring/Hardware website to learn more (1-888-487-0429) is just an endless loop of transfers and lengthy wait time (gave up after 40+ mins each time).

Trying again - called the number specifically for Home Monitoring. I've been transferred once so far to Home Monitoring (????). Tracking time on hold......and transfers yet to come......So far 10 minutes on hold.

Lucky you. They told me they simply do not do that for their customers anymore, I've been left out to dry with no support whatsoever, leaving me to wonder why I am still paying Rogers.
