telemarketing and promotions

Every day I'm getting calls on my cell phone from people who say they are from Rogers and are offering promotions. The number is never the same, and my cell number and my home number are on the National Do-Not-Call list. I've told Rogers in the past not to call, I'm guessing this is a scam or some phishing call. I don't see anything in my account settings that allows or disables marketing and promotions. Are these legit calls?

Thank you for bringing this to our much needed attention! 😊 With all the scamming and phishing activity out there nowadays, it's imperative to stay vigilant. I do have a few questions for you in hopes of getting down to the bottom of this:

Have you also registered your numbers to our Internal Do Not Call List?

What are the numbers that you are receiving calls from? 

In the event that the calls are legitimate, we would be able to verify that by gaining access to your account and confirming the offer(s) via notes left on your account directly. I would refrain from providing any of your personal or account related information as you can never be too safe.
