I've been here awhile

Hello Rogers users, I just want to share my current status with Fraud account made under Rogers. Someone stole my identity and was able to make 4 lines under my name and other personal info with Rogers. It was a long story but we are still in the process of clearing this account, but Rogers has not been helpful for the past 2 weeks. We have been always promised that the Fraud Department will reach out to us to investigate. 2 weeks have passed and to call from them. Today, Jan 29th, we called customer service to get an update on this case. We were told that the Fraud Dept called on the 23rd and said that there was no response so they closed the case. I checked my call log and there was clearly no missed call with the time stamp they provided us. This was a complete lie and how come they would not even leave a voice mail? Then closing the case because there was not a response? 

We follow up almost every other day, and the frustrating part here is that there seems no be no real action taken by what they call their Fraud Dept. 


I have left a message to CCTS to be part of this investigation. Rogers should not run the business of telecom company if they can't handle situations like this. I'd like to think that there is some dirty inside job going on, they are able to change my account info anytime (email address) and open accounts?


Anyone else having this same nightmare with Rogers? What have you done and were you able to get a resolution you wanted?
