I'm so confused about this mail because when I called the number mentioned below, the representative told me they did not find the record ( I guess when Rogers sends me a regular mail, there will be a record in the system.) Two representatives told me it might be s scam, but they were not 100% sure.
The most frustrating thing was that I talked to about 6 or 7 representatives on Friday, no one can help me out. Instead, they kept transferring the line to the departments it should go. Overall, I spent almost half a day on the phone til 5pm. I guess all representatives might be off the work b/c no one picked up the call, so the "mystery" is still unsolved.
My service is BUS.GRADE INT 500U, and modem is Ignite xxx. I'm not sure if the service I'm using is a part of Ignite or not, but I did not get any email notifications for now which surprised me because emails seem to be a more efficient way to notify the customers.
I can absolutely understand your confusion and getting different answers certainly doesn't help matters.
