Are you referring to our Rogers Sports and Media?

Did you receive notification via email or mail? If so, are you able to kindly send us a screenshot while ensuring that you omit any of your personal information?

Turns out tgere is no issue. A few months ago, my son’s Rogers account was hacked. Whoever di it, changed his plan completely including his password. As well whomever was the culprit, ordered a new iPhone 14 pro and charged it to his credit card. They then had it held at the post office for pickup. How they were able to do all of this, without proof of ID is beyond me. I had visions of the same thing happening to me! Turns out my package was sent from The Shopping Channel who now shows the shipper as Rogers Media instead of TSC. I panicked and I am sorry for that. Thanks to all for looking into this. A note to all Rogers clients!! Please be aware of Scams. They can be costly and time consuming to rectify. Thanks again!
