ignite wifi hub physical cable cut out

jj890115
I've been around
we live in a townhouse where physical cable had to be brought outside and hung. recently I noticed it's gone and I'm not sure if it's due to outage or the cable being cut. wifi hub is kept flashing green

1. we paid over 200 for the labor. do I need to pay again to install thay cable??? what if it happens often? I know it was probably some drunk teenager thay cut that or our neighbour kids!
2. what does green flash light mean?

Thank you all

When you say physical cable had to be brought outside and hung, im guessing you meant a temporary cable was installed.

When you say you paid over $200 for labour, you likely paid for professional installaiton, not the outside temporary wire, the temporary wire they do not charge customers for it, so maybe there lies the confusion.   but if some kid did cut the temporary cable and its missing, then call back and let the rogers operator know your temporary cable was removed/missing and they will send another tech to re-install this temporary cable, its called temporary cable for a reason because once a ground crew is available to run a permanent wire in your neighbourhood, the cable gets removed for good.
