Cannot Sign in to IGNITE TV from Windows LAPTOP
PROBLEM:
1. Launch igniteTV.rogers.com
2, Sign-in menu is displayed
3. Selected Sign-in to launch authentication process
4. No response from Sign-in box
RESOLUTION
1. Launch igniteTV.rogers.com
2, Sign-in menu is displayed
3. Turn off ADBLOCKER for igniteTV.rogers.com by selecting ADBLOCKER icon located to the right of web address
4. Launch igniteTV.rogers.com again
5. Select Sign-in box and procede with authentication
