I downloaded an episode of a show to my phone. The download worked and I was able to watch it. But when I went to return it, the app crashed. I restarted my phone and restarted the app, and now the it says the episode is still on my phone, however there is no button to return it. On the My Downloads page, it doesn't show any downloaded shows. How do I get the system to reset so that it doesn't think I have a show downloaded on my phone?

This is an odd one, have you tried to clear the app cache and data? Once you do that please log into the app and let us know if you still see the show under the downloaded shows.

@user445678 Try returning the download using the Ignite TV web player. Go to http://ignitetv.rogers.com , log in, click the Settings "gear" on the top-right of the page, click "Manage Devices", then scroll down to "Devices with Downloads". You should (hopefully) see the downloaded recording along with a button to Return it.
