Rogers Sports Zone App feeds very disappointing

I've had Ignite TV since it started and enjoyed the Sports Zone App info during and after many NHL, MBA and other games. For the past year, the data feeds have become more and more unreliable to the point where even the in-progress playoff games have no active feeds anymore. Also, the working feeds are erased within seconds of the end of a game. This app is now useless. I've resorted to using NHL.com on my phone for game data. If you cannot support for this app, please admit your failings, remove it and reimburse your customers.

We're always trying to improve the customer experience. Your feedback is welcome. It's disappointing to learn that you're no longer enjoying the Ignite TV sports app. If you could share a couple of screenshots of the feed/lack of content it would help us forward the info to the right team.
