TV keep disconnecting multiple times per day for over 4 months now, even with ethernet cable connection. Spoke with someone from Rogers and no one got back to me.
Its disappointing paying for a service you cant enjoy for a minute.
Can someone advise what to do next.

@Niyiodt Can you tell us more about your setup? Are you running a standard, Rogers-supported configuration or are you trying to run Ignite TV on your own network gear with your Ignite Gateway in Bridge Mode?

The entire setup is Rogers systems - router, gateways and nothing external
