Better check you latest Bill messages - they are at it again. They didn't get enough money on the last Digital Box fees so there hitting Internet and Home phone - 7 and 5. Really - They need to cut costs to save money not raise fees. They are driving customers away. Canadian government needs to regulate this industry.
"We continually invest in our network to bring you the best-connected experience in Canada. To help support these investments, we will be increasing the monthly fee for your internet service by $7 and your home phone service by $5 (plus taxes) starting your first bill on or after April 1, 2025.Any active discount or guaranteed rate will remain in effect until its end date. Services included as part of your condo maintenance or property rental fees are not impacted. The rest of your services remain the same."

Thanks for the heads up for the latest price jump. I haven't received my new bill yet this month but will be keeping an eye out for the posted increase.

Just saw it on my bill today. $7.00 plus taxes on April 1st. I mean if they want me to leave, all they have to do is ask. Paying more for worse service makes no sense.

No improvement in service but increase in cost. I am downsizing some of the features so that the cost remains the same and then start looking to move away. The only item that is tethering me is the mistake made 20 years ago in having a @rogers.com email address.
