I want to print the channel guide for my new Ignite TV's and every time I try at your site the message is "Error, well we didn't expect that.....etc". I expected it so what do I do now?

Why is a printable list hard to get?  For decades this was readily available.

@wayner92 : There used to be little variation in channels, however, now there are different lists by location, MDU, bundle, options, grandfathered, etc.  If you want a list of your channels use the following:

You can login to MyRogers on a device like a phone or tablet, then go to - TV - "View My Channel Lineup" - view as pdf - forward that to wherever you choose (top right of the pdf screen).

@Steve66c : If you're already on Rogers Xfinity (used to be called Ignite) then you can use the instructions in the post above yours to get a printable list just for you.

If you don't have Xfinity yet, you'll need to PM the mods on this forum to get a list, but that list depends on your location and the package you are looking into, as discussed several times previously in this thread.

When logged into the forum, click on  @CommunityHelps   .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while they get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
