Missing Channels

I've been around

Why do channels go to subscribe now when it was not required before? EG. Headline News, NBC time shift and more? No notice! No warning

Good day @teculham,

Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for your post!

If you changed your TV package, for example, modified your bundle or accepted a new promotional offer which implied different options, it would be why your channel lineup has changed.

Additionally, if the channels you were watching were on free preview, and the viewing period ended, you may need to subscribe to the channel in question, to keep watching it.

Have you brought changes to your services?

Let us know the details of your package and the area where you're located, if you'd like us to take a deeper look into this.

Thanks!
