I manage two Ignite services, my own home, and my mother in laws (usually remotely) . With the (now diabled) website, I could log in with different ID/Passwords and manage each service seperatly. With the new app, it requires the modem details, and is therfore locked to one ignite service.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can set up a second profile on the app ?

We appreciate you posting your concern to the community. I also manage my parents service remotely so I can relate to your inquiry.
You can sign into multiple accounts using the app. You will have to sign out of your current profile by tapping on the person icon located on the top left of the home screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on Sign Out. Once completed you can sign in again with another profile.
