Internet Problems

Anyone else having problems with their internet. Down for almost an hour now, down the other day for an hour and down last week. J have asked about a credit for the disruptions but all I get are crickets!!

I can understand how inconvenient loss of service can be. If you're constantly losing service for an hour on a recurring basis it could indicate a larger problem.
