I had to reinstall the ignite tv mobile app on my phone as I have a new phone. I can sign in but when it tries to load I get a message that says something went wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

We need a tad bit more info to understand the problem better:
You can close all background apps on your phone, log into the MyRogers app from the Services tab, select TV, and tap Watch Now to launch the Ignite TV app.
