We currently have 4x TVs hooked up with individual ignite boxes for each TV in our restaurant dining room.
The boxes will routinely turn off multiple times throughout the day. Looking into it it could be a connection issue as the power savings settings are all set to off to allow them to run all day for customers.
Please advise.

@LCGOrillia : Regardless of your settings, these boxes will go into standby after about 4 hours if they have not received a signal from the remote during that time. As soon as you press a button on the remote, you will get another 4 hours. You should usually see an "are you there" message a few minutes before the box goes into standby. This has been discussed numerous times on the forum and cannot be defeated.

I had thought the same but this is happening within minutes of activity from the remote, long before the four hour mark.

@LCGOrillia : Strange. Try Rogers - Settings - Device Settings - Screen Saver - Screen Saver starts after - set it for 5 hours?

Just curious. Are those set-top boxes on a residential Ignite TV package or an Ignite TV for Business account?

Thanks! That makes you the first "Ignite TV for Business" customer that I have seen posting here. The Ignite TV idle timeout is a huge inconvenience for some residential customers. I wondered whether Rogers would be able to provision business customers differently.
As a Business customer, you have your own dedicated support teams. I would advise contacting them to see what options you have available to you to either bypass or extend the default idle timeouts.

I was thinking the same, even as a business I was still on hold for well over an hour to get through and couldn't take more time. I'll give it a shot when I have a chance.
