No, you cannot. You an only use your devices for viewing in Canada. I just checked this out myself in the past week. What you can do is download any recordings you already have to your devices before you leave using the IgniteTV App on that device. You can then view that downloaded programming on that device anywhere. When you return you can "return" any downloads to the Rogers cloud server for viewing on your TV. See link below:
