I can’t record programs on my flex channels. I just exchanged my flex channels and cannot record any programs. Any suggestions?

@Cpkoby : go into your Ignite WiFi Hub app and do a restart of the system (gateway and boxes). This can take up to 12 minutes and you'll be "down" for that time, but it usually is over in 6 minutes. If that doesn't fix it, perhaps someone else has a suggestion.

Same happened to me. Just do a System Refresh from your settings on the TV ignite menu
