Favourite Channels: a few channels are not listed in guide on Chrome

I pay extra for channels 653: Mediaset Canada and 654: RAI World Premium.

I can see all my favourite channels on my iPhone but not on the Chrome Browser.

On Chrome, I do a search and it finds the channel and when it is selected I'm just given the option to watch only.

The jump to function is greyed out.

I've signed out and signed in multiple times, with no success.

How can I fix this issue so I see all my favourite channels on the Live TV option display in Chrome?

When viewing your favourite channels, to not include the GO channels.

FYI. I finally got it to work. I signed out and removed all Rogers site cookies from Chrome. Signed in and my favorite channels were there.
