Channel Lineup Changes Rogers Ignite

Can anyone provide me a list of the old channel numbers for Rogers TV compared with the new ones for Rogers Ignite for Mississauga.  My 91 year old mom had the "upgrade", and this list should have been provided.  The voice commands are not something she is using, a simple list solves the problem.  Anybody able to help?

You can PM the mods on this forum and ask for a pdf of her channels via email for example.  Note that these are not always 100% accurate, but should be close. The first 100-200 channels should be roughly the same?  You may need to have the "rights" to discuss your mother's account and if you don't, your mother may need to be present during a telephone request the first time to enter your name.

When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps  .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link near the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.  

When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages.  You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...

Why doesn't Rogers provide a list on their public web pages? They used to with legacy cable.

Is it because they have different lineups in different areas?

There are slight differences from one region to another in Ontario.  Different cities might have different local channels.  Channel numbers for stations in the lineup might be different (for historical reasons) as well.

They do (but not in pdf format). You need to go to the Rogers website - TV & Streaming - Shop TV Plans - Check Availability - then put in your address or one near to you in the popup, click the Channels tab on the page that comes up and it'll show you all the channels in the various bundles.

That's not what the OP was looking for though.  He wanted a list specific to his mother, which is possible if you login to MyRogers App - TV - View My Channel Lineup - View as pdf.

Or login to MyRogers on the Web - TV - Manage TV - View my channel lineup (The list comes up and you can search or sort, but I didn't see a pdf option)
