Cannot see list of available theme packs

Using MyRogers. I have the starter package with several additional theme packs. Canadian news, Hollywood Suite, etc.
There used to be a link for viewing theme pack contents so that you could add or change your choices. Since that link is gone what is the alternative? Where can I view/update my choices?
