The Bluetooth feature is awful
Several issues with connectivity
A paired device will not work if you close the tv
It shows connected but doesn’t work

Often have to forget a device and pair up again
Even that doesn’t work for some devices

And unlike my phone just turning on the device doesn’t automatically connect

Often the voice command can’t recognize the verbal ‘Bluetooth devices’

Very poor and unreliable feature

I have similar issues, I have a cheap headphones that work most of the time, but you have to place your head in certain way, if not audio will de-sync, and I have to restart the headphones. And the battery only last 2-3 hours and very unconfortable over time specially with glasses.

Also I have a small dongle that turn a wired headphones into a bluetooth, but it rarely connect, most of the time the tv box don't even detect it. And when it can connect, sometime it's don't get the sound or have the de-sync issue.
