I stream in my office xfinity stream. I put on a broadcast like msnbc and the video and audio are in sinc. Then as the minutes go by, it goes more and more out of sinc. It doesn't matter what browser I use. The same thing happens. Then I go to my TV and the same thing happens on my TV although to a lesser degree, but does the same. What could be the issue?
