So, is it possible to transfer my balance to Chattr to take advantage of the $15/month plan? I rarely use my phone and this plan includes a small amount of data.
Has anyone done this? Or would it make more sense to stay PAYGO and just pay for the data when I need it from my balance?
Input appreciated.

I know there have been promotions in the past where you were able to keep your balance if you moved from Pay as You Go™ to chatr , however it may best to contact the respective teams to know if any such offers are available right now.
You can contact the chatr team at 1-800-485-9745 (Administrative charges may apply when calling to complete certain requests.)
You can also contact our Pay as You Go™ team at 1-800-575-9090:
1. Wait for language selection to finish.
2. Press option 4 for “General information”.
3. Press option 4 to “Contact Rogers”
4. Press option 1 to reach a live representative.

Just a heads up to let those of you going from Rogers/Fido prepaid to Chatr know that, at a store, they can apply a credit for the balance remainder you had or refill you made. Just be aware that:
- They have to migrate your number to Chatr. If you (or they) do a new activation and transfer your number, they won't be able to apply credits.
- Not every salesperson seems to be aware of that or knows how to do it.
- You allegedly have until February 20th (or 16th, I can't remember) until you lose service.
