When I am in the US Virgin Islands will my plan be the same as roaming in the US since I have the Canada/US plan already?

This is a great question. The current in market 5G Infinite Premium Plan includes calls from Canada, the U.S and Mexico to Canadian, U.S. and Mexican numbers only (calls from Canada to Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands are not included). 

However if you have an older Canada + US plan we can check your account to confirm the plan details. Or you can also check the details of your plan on rogers.com/myrogers. Just select your line and click on Plan Details.
