Do I get charge if I open in my line in other country but turned off the data roaming?

Yes. Data roaming is data only. Connecting to a foreign cellular network will get you charged Easy Roam fees per day. If you don't want to be charged. Remove your SIM before arriving in a foreign country or put your device in Airplane Mode and turn on WiFi when you are able to access WiFi.

@Abbygael : Here's a link on how to avoid or minimize roaming charges.  Turning off Data is not enough, as mentioned above.
