RV WifiRanger compatibility with Rogers Bands

bertible
I've been around

Hi,

I am considering buying a WifiRanger Everest/Spruce combo (external & internal routers) for my RV.    It seems that it has a Cat 6 modem (Quectel EP06-A) with bands supported per the middle column of the attached table.   Can anyone confirm if a Rogers SIM card will work with this device?   My intent would be to acquire a new SIM from Rogers and add it to my existing Infinite Extra plan.  I do see some matching bands but I am not technical enough to be certain of the matches in both 4G and 5G, in particular 5G supported on Band 66, but not 71.  We spend most of our RVing time in BC, mainly on Vancouver island.

TIA

Good afternoon @bertible!

I'd be happy to answer this question! 🙂

We only officially support our own modems. You cannot bring in a third party modem and activate it on our service. Our 5G Home Internet offering would provide you with a supported modem to put in your RV.
