Hello friends, I have a problem with downloading and uploading on the Rogers 5G SIM card and the ping is very high, and I called Rogers several times, but they did not give a correct answer. Have friends had such a problem? And I reset the phone and the settings and the problem was still not fixed. Thankful.

I've had the same issue since moving to Rogers a few weeks ago. Using Galaxy S23 Ultra. I moved from Telus, to Fido to Rogers (I go where the deals are). My 5G and 5G+ are sub-50mbps, while my LTE+ is 150mbps+.
I talked to Technical Support, and they couldn't explain it either.
I'm in Winnipeg.

I have a quick question for you. Do you have mmWave coverage with Rogers? If so, could you please let me know the locations where it’s available? I’ve heard that Rogers Centre (n78) is a good place to go.
