Rogers Network has been out in P.E.I. all day due to Hurricane Fiona cant text call or use data, I am only able to roam on Bell, And I get this text from Rogers stating Im eligible for 50Gb more data to stay connected LOL, cant even connect to your network I have to Roam on your competition BELL with that extra data i guess.

You can't get mad at Rogers for something caused by Mother Nature aka Hurricane or Tropical storm.  No provider is immune to this, and just because the competitor in your area is working and rogers is not, does not make them better,  Rogers towers are often located in different locations than their competitors and it might just be a case of "Bad Luck" that the Rogers Tower or infrastructure or hydro powering the tower is in the path of the storm while the Bell or competitors tower was in a different location away from the path of the storm and has continued to operate.
