Service interruptions can be untimely. We acknowledged the interruption in Russell, ON, and posted it on our Service Interruption board. We restored the service yesterday evening; hopefully, your service is online now.
You can check the network status by going to rogers.com/outage, and for the major service interruptions, we post it on our Rogers Service Interruptions board.
You can send us a private message at @CommunityHelps if you are still experiencing a service interruption. You can find details about our private messaging in this blog.
