TV  Cable still down at 8:20 AM this morning

Still no internet at home as of 10:30am Saturday July 9th. York region.
Modem still blinking… nobody from rogers got back to me calling since 6:30am as my fellow neighbours are already with signal working.

Still down here in L3s4c3 area since yesterday! Had a minor blimp for 1/2 hour if working now nothing again. Not pleased.

Internet still down. Modem showing solid green but no internet. Have done every single bit of troubleshooting, rebooting, etc. 11pm and still no internet since 5pm. Worked for half a day and then gone. Great service Rogers!

I’m L3R area… still no internet. Come on…. I need to know if you’re making me go into the office tomorrow… I wonder who is going to compensate for my time presto money and gas???

It is still DOWN as of this morning July 10th, 2022.  I fail to see how a software maintenance patch can cause so much interruption to the nation.  Where is the redundancy? Fail over? Roll back procedure? Hardware replacement and parallel system?.  Over 50 hours of disruption is not acceptable and I have lost confidence in Rogers.

L6B Markham area day 3 home internet still down day any one please update

We are also L6B in Markham with Ignite internet and TV and they are still down as well. Please fix this today Rogers!

In L3R Markham South Unionville finally got my internet back.  Still a fail Rogers.  You'll again get more money from me again because I'll probably go over in Fido data because of you.

Markham L3P is now back up @ around 10:30am.  You should see two blue arrows, and a solid @ green light.
