Call coming In Delays

RFS1
I've been around

I have a friend of mine ask why he is receiving incoming call notifications 15+ minutes later than the call was initiated by the caller. It is not tied to any specific call initiator.

Hello, @RFS1.

Thank you for posting your query, and welcome to our Community! 😃

I have a friend of mine ask why he is receiving incoming call notifications 15+ minutes later than the call was initiated by the caller. It is not tied to any specific call initiator.

We need more information to better understand the issue:

  • You called your friend, and he is getting notified 15+ minutes later of your call?
  • Is this happening only with your calls?
  • Is your friend using Rogers Wireless Service?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

RogersMoin

This is happening to me. Calls are being forwarded to directly to voicemail or not ringing through at all.

Hmm
I'm a reliable contributor

For the past seven months, we've been dealing with this frustrating on-again, off-again issue. It's like playing a game of hide-and-seek with our tech problems, except there's no joy in finding them.

Whenever it pops up, our default move is to call up tech support, hoping for a miracle fix or even just a hint of understanding about what's going wrong. But alas, we're usually left feeling more confused and frustrated than before.

You'd think that after dealing with the same headache for so long, there'd be some light at the end of the tunnel. But dealing with Rogers Tech support often feels like banging our heads against a brick wall. They're quick to dismiss our concerns,  pretend like the issue doesn't even exist, or blame it on our phones. It's enough to make you want to pull your hair out in frustration!

But hey, at least we're not alone in this struggle, right? By sharing our tales of woe here, we're not just venting our frustrations – we're also offering a helping hand to others who might be going through the same ordeal.  Misery loves company.
