Rogers ignite app

I've been here awhile
The app has not worked since the recent update. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I am no longer able to log in. I have an Android phone

It's disappointing that the app stopped working after the recent update on your Android phone. Thank you for reinstalling the app.

 

Please open the default browser, navigate to rogers.com and sign in. Once signed in, open the Rogers Xfinity app to see if you can access it.

Hello,

I tried the suggested steps and it does not work. I am still recieve the message " we're sorry,something unexpected just happened. Please try again ". The Rogers Xfinity & Streaming app are not Working .
