I have been using the app for months until 2 weeks ago I could not get many channels due to In Home wifi stuff. Talked to a tech rep for 2 hrs and he could not fix it. Said he would refer to tech and be in contact in 2 days. Now weeks later same problem.

We do not normally send out a technician for app-related issues. Could it be a ticket that was submitted by the tech agent with whom you spoke with? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Can you also clarify what you mean when you say, "due to In Home wifi stuff"?
