Rogers Smart Home App

I've been around

I set my Smart Home app to remember my credentials and allow for thumb authentication. I regularly have to enter my username and password and it is aggravating when arriving home to shut off the alarm. Please help!

Hi @SWG67,

 

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! If you are noticing an issue with the app not remembering your credentials, please attempt to uninstall the app and reinstall it again. Then you can go back into the application settings and toggle the “Keep Me Signed In” and test it out.
