Rogers App symbol

On the My Rogers app when I look at my useage, under long distance text and voice there is a symbol. It is a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it and there is a number beside it. I have chatted and spoken to a Rogers “specialist” and I can’t make them understand. Anyone know?

Hello, @Doug52.

I appreciate your query, and welcome to our Community!

Most likely, the long-distance texts/calls not covered by your plan are marked to indicate charges incurred. If you open the pdf version of the bill, you can see those chargeable calls.

We can look into your bill and provide you with further clarification. Please send us a private message at @CommunityHelps. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog

Cheers,

RogersMoin

Thanks for the response. I think the number beside the triangle represents minutes as there was a long distance call for 46 minutes. Would be nice if you were able to click on the symbol and it would explain.
