For over a month the myrogers app will not open when I tap on it I recieve the following message "unknown error sorry we can't retrieve your account information here. Please go to rogers.com to sign in". I have cleared the cache, restarted my phone & nothing helps. I'm using an s20 any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks for your contribution to the Community! 🙌 Yikes! We're saddened to hear about the app issues you've been facing. Do you happen to have the latest software update on your Samsung S20?
Have you tried deleting the MyRogers app and re-downloading it? When you try to sign in via the rogers.com website, do you experience the same issue?
