MyRogers App no longer works at all

The MyRogers App no longer works, all it does is give me an Unkown Error. Here is what it says.
"Unkown Error"
"Sorry we can't retrieve your account information here. Please go to rogers.com to sign in."

have you cleared the cache and data and  forced closed the app and tried to re-login?
