I'm on Connected for Success, the app seems to be bugging out as for the last three weeks it was stuck at 91.4 GB. I then checked the app today and it said 0 GB remaining on a 0 GB Plan. I know it's malfunctioning as my month starts on the 27th\28th of the previous month. The app is the way I regulate my usage..

Hello, @PatTiffin.
Thank you for posting your concern in the Community; were there any account changes recently? The usage may not be accurate until the next billing cycle when there is an account change.
Have you tried checking the usage on the web portal at rogers.com/myrogers?
Let us know if there were any account changes and whether the usage is accurate on the web portal.
