Ignite TV Web App - No Sound on Laptop After Changing Channels

The title says it all. I’ll be watching a show, change channels and no more sound. Laptop speakers are at %100. Have to close browser and reopen it to get sound.

I just tested https://ignitetv.rogers.com/ and the site works fine for me.  I can change channels and have no issues with sound.  What web browser and operating system are you running?  It is also possible that your problem is due to a hardware/software/device driver issue that is specific to your system.

For some reason ignite doesn't work well with Microsoft edge try chrome or Firefox you can still keep edge as default

It might be something specific to your system or hardware.  Edge works fine for me on https://ignitetv.rogers.com/ ;  so do Vivaldi and Firefox.
