I recently went into my Ignite Home Connect App and it tells me I need to "Upgrade for this Experience". I no longer have access to the Ignite features to control my network. I called into tech support for help and they opened a ticket to fix it. A eek goes by and they close the ticket without fixing the problem. I've seen other people post the about the same issue here and was wondering how it was fix.

Rogers replied to me on this. Put the iPad in Portrait mode when trying to use Chromecast. This worked for me and the menu to use Chromecast did not disappear.
This resolved the issue after the most recent July 2024 igniteTV app update.
