Found suspicious users on my wifi in HomeConnect app recently.

GDaddy
I've been around

When we kicked them off from the app, they started messing with our internet and our devices, in others words, our lives and livelihoods. Anyone else have this happen, and short of cancelling Rogers, what can I do?

Good morning @GDaddy!

Could you be more specific about what exactly you're observing in your home that makes you think they're messing with your Internet and devices?

Should you ever suspect that your home Internet network has been compromised, the very first thing you should do is change your WiFi password and ensure it is a strong password. The next thing you should do is run anti-malware/anti-virus software on your devices to make sure they are clean.
